Location: Fitsroy VIC
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + Superannuation + Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to meet targets and achieve desired margins
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster brand loyalty
- Maintain operational standards and lead by example
- Collaborate with management to execute loss prevention strategies
- Train and develop retail stylists to create a positive store culture
- Foster relationships with other departments and stakeholders
- Ensure store presentation and product knowledge are top-notch
About You:
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, within a fast paced high volume environment
- Experience within a premium or luxury designer business
- Strategic, positive, and supportive leadership style
- Driven to achieve outcomes and collaborate effectively
