Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Implementing the sales process: Pre-call, consultation, follow-up.
- Maximising sales opportunities and ensuring seamless follow-up.
- Providing expert replies to customer inquiries.
- Creating exceptional in-studio client experiences.
- Understanding and conveying product knowledge.
About You:
- 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality.
- Strong client service skills with attention to detail.
- Professional demanour and appearance.
- Versatile, flexible, and adaptable to business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Warm, outgoing, and well-spoken.
