We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Area Manager to lead 15 retail stores across NSW for one of Australia’s most established and trusted names in home living.
With years of heritage in creating beautiful, high-quality bedding and homewares, we’re a brand built on timeless style, tactile in-store experiences, and second-to-none customer care. This is more than just retail — it’s about helping people feel truly at home.

About the Role

You’ll oversee a vibrant and growing portfolio of stores across both metro and regional NSW, leading a team of passionate store leaders and driving commercial success, operational excellence, and team development.

  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store teams across 15 locations
• Drive sales, KPIs and manage wage efficiency
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards
• Oversee stocktake and inventory accuracy
• Recruit, coach and develop high-performing store leaders
• Act as the key link between store operations and senior leadership

  
What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years in a multi-site retail management role (10+ stores or large-format multi site experience preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on results
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and development
• Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills
• Competency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
