About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring smooth workflows, adherence to schedules, and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to drive production excellence. Bridal experience and previous exposure to high-end women’s fashion production are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with local and offshore suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance.
• Act as a liaison between the NY factory, 3rd-party services, and production team.
• Oversee and update production schedules, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Coordinate raw material inventory, manage orders, and handle stock discrepancies.
• Train and support junior production staff.
• Work closely with quality control, dispatch, and other teams to ensure seamless workflows.

Experience & Skills

• Required: 3–5 years of production coordination experience in high-end women’s fashion.
• Proven ability to work with both local and international suppliers.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Preferred: Experience in bridal or tailoring production and knowledge of factory capacities.
