About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership role within our U.S. operations, responsible for managing logistics across retail, wholesale, and online channels. You will ensure seamless imports, processing, and dispatch while maintaining our reputation for excellence in delivery and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Global Head of Logistics & Supply Chain and Vice President – North America, you will oversee supply chain efficiency and be the key escalation contact for the U.S. dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics for retail, wholesale, and online, including imports and exports.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of all products to meet delivery targets.
- Oversee pick-packing and dispatch teams for accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise inbound shipments, international airfreight, returns, and stock transfers.
- Manage third-party distribution centers (3PL) for U.S. dispatch operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
- Maintain accurate dispatch documentation, inventory reports, and shipping schedules.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, including HS codes and customs.
- Collaborate with global logistics, production, and retail teams to meet deadlines.
- Implement cost-saving measures across freight and transportation.
- Lead logistics for new retail store openings in the U.S.
- Drive transformation projects to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience in logistics and operations within a global business, managing teams.
- Strong background in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce logistics.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- A positive, collaborative, and growth-focused mindset.
- Experience with a global luxury or fashion retail brand.
- Tertiary qualification or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
