About the Role
An opportunity exists for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team and manage the end-to-end logistics operations. This full-time role is ideal for someone with exceptional organisational skills, a background in logistics, and experience in the fashion industry.
The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of garments and supplies while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and delivery of finished garments and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of supplies.
• Liaise with internal teams, factories, and freight providers to track and manage shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory using software tools.
• Oversee quality control processes during incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping or logistics issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with customs and import/export regulations.

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory and logistics management software.
