Overseeing 120 luxury apartments in the heart of Sydney’s vibrant centre, you’ll be responsible for the hotel’s operational success, driving sales strategies, and ensuring a world-class experience for guests. About You:

You’re a confident, motivated leader with proven experience managing all aspects of hotel operations. You know how to run a hotel like a well-oiled machine and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your people skills are top-notch, and you lead by example, always striving to deliver exceptional service.

Key skills:

• Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments
• Motivated and well accustomed to working with sales kpi’s
• Leadership experience with a proven track record in sales
• Financially savvy, with solid business acumen
• Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with both guests and staff
• Strong background in sales
