About the Role

As Head of Operations & Logistics, you’ll lead the end-to-end supply chain, overseeing everything from inventory and ERP systems to warehouse and distribution centre management. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work closely with production, commercial, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery, optimal stock levels, and future-focused planning.
You’ll also take ownership of planning and forecasting, while ensuring operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the brand’s premium offering.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive systems and process improvements across logistics, inventory and fulfilment
  • Lead strategic planning and forecasting across raw materials and finished goods
  • Own global stocktake, aged inventory and internal stock transfers
  • Oversee warehousing, shipping, and distribution centre operations across AU and US
  • Champion ERP integration and reporting to improve visibility and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align inventory with business goals
  • Manage key locations including retail and HQ facilities
  • Lead and grow a global operations team

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain leadership
  • Experience in fashion, luxury furniture, or premium product environments
  • Expertise with ERP systems, forecasting tools and inventory analytics
  • A strategic, analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Leadership experience across multi-site or international operations
  • Comfort working across AU and US time zones
  • Bonus: property/facilities management experience
