Talent Solution Partners is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of Australia’s most exciting luxury bridal and eveningwear brands. With a flagship studio in Sydney and international expansion well underway, this independent designer label is known for its contemporary silhouettes, couture craftsmanship, and elevated showroom experience. Clients travel from around the world for fittings, and the in-store journey is every bit as important as the final gown.
This role is an incredible opportunity for a driven retail leader to take ownership of a flagship location, lead a passionate team, and contribute to a brand with a bold creative vision.

The Role 

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales and meeting/exceeding KPIs
• Delivering an exceptional, luxury client experience
• Managing day-to-day operations including rostering, stock, training and store presentation
• Acting as the key liaison between showroom and head office, production, and design teams
• Overseeing the full post-sale journey and providing feedback to leadership for ongoing improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate a team of stylists and support staff
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and conversion metrics
• Drive team performance through daily coaching and support
• Ensure elevated client service at every touchpoint
• Manage rosters and recruitment to align with service standards
• Liaise with design and production on trends and customer feedback
• Maintain immaculate showroom standards
• Oversee stocktake processes and investigate variances
• Uphold compliance with HR and employment policies
• Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury retail or fashion retail management role
• Proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams
• Strong commercial acumen – confident with KPIs, budgets and wage control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Highly organised, solutions-focused and client-centric
• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
• A natural brand ambassador with a strong personal presentation
