The Role:
On the lookout for a passionate and dynamic individual to lead the team as a Retail Store Manager in the beautiful boutique in the heart of Mosman. As the Boutique Manager, you will take charge of daily operations, ensuring unparalleled customer service, and maintaining high standards of satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include implementing effective retail loss prevention strategies.
  
About You:

• A minimum of 3 years’ management experience in fashion and accessories retail sales.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Extensive expertise in store management and retail sales.
• Knowledgeable in retail loss prevention techniques.
• Ability to inspire and lead sales associates with effective leadership skills.
• Proficiency in organisational tasks: inventory management, scheduling, and sales analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Previous experience in the fashion or accessories industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is a plus.
