About the Role
We are seeking an AR/AP Manager to oversee financial transactions and maintain the integrity of accounts receivable and payable processes. This role will suit someone with strong financial acumen, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to foster productive relationships with both suppliers and customers.
  
Responsibilities

  • Process accounting transactions related to suppliers, customers, and cash receipts.
  • Manage supplier and customer reconciliations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Issue sales orders, invoices, and customer statements.
  • Oversee supplier payments, including account reconciliations and payment setup.
  • Align POS systems with financial records and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations for both domestic and international accounts.
  • Prepare month-end journals for AP-related transactions.

  
Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in financial transactions and processing.
  • Accounting and finance qualifications (progress toward CA/CPA preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
