We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, operational excellence, and team development.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, coaching and inspiring your team, and ensuring strong commercial performance. You will play a key role in creating meaningful customer experiences while building a motivated and engaged team culture.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will lead your team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding service, and maintain operational excellence across all aspects of the store.

You will be responsible for managing store performance, developing your team’s capability, and ensuring the store operates in line with business standards and procedures.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Drive sales performance, achieving store targets and KPIs
• Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive team culture
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including stock control, merchandising and compliance
• Resolve customer issues and create seamless in-store and omnichannel experiences
• Use data and rostering to optimise staffing, control costs and maximise store performance
