The Role:

• Lead the talent strategy across acquisition, development, retention, and engagement
• Partner closely with the founders and executive team to align people initiatives with business goals
• Design scalable systems, processes, and programs to support national growth
• Build and embed a strong, values-driven culture across all teams and locations
• Develop leadership capability, talent pipelines, and succession strategies
• Elevate employer branding and drive innovative talent attraction campaigns

Who They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior talent role within a fast-paced, growing retail or hospitality business
• A strategic operator with strong commercial acumen and a creative edge
• Deep experience in workforce planning, organisational design, and building scalable people practices
• A natural leader who’s comfortable working across all levels of the business
• Passionate about culture, leadership, and building teams that thrive
• Experience in service-led, multi-site industries

What’s On Offer:

• Salary – $150,000 – $200,000 + Superannuation 
• Hybrid role based in Melbourne
