We are thrilled to introduce an exciting new partnership with a fast-growing, premium retail brand. As they expand their presence across Australia, we are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead their new boutique in Burnside Shopping Centre, Adelaide.

About the Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching a brand-new store, shaping its culture, and driving its success from day one. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, leading a team of 5 casual staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you’ll be a key player in building a high-performing team, driving sales, and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s premium image and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and compliance with company policies.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high-energy team culture.
  • Ensure every customer receives a premium, tailored shopping experience that aligns with the brand’s ethos.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation, creating engaging product displays that enhance the customer experience.
  •  Implement in-store marketing initiatives and promotions in collaboration with the head office team.
  • Conduct regular audits, manage inventory levels, and oversee stock replenishment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, ideally within premium, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • A strong leader and mentor who thrives on coaching and developing a team.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, exceed KPIs, and create a customer-first culture.
  • Strong operational and stock management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Shopify and JIFI systems is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
