About the Role
As an Area Manager, you will oversee 5+ locations across Sydney, driving operational excellence while leading and mentoring store teams. You will play a key role in ensuring success across all sites by fostering a strong leadership culture, optimising business performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in multi-site management (3+ stores) within retail or a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Experience driving key business KPIs including sales, labour, and cost management
- A strategic mindset with the ability to implement local marketing initiatives and build community engagement
- Hands-on approach, leading by example in daily operations
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and customer experience
