About the Role:
Seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager and Content Creator to develop and execute innovative social media strategies, create engaging content, and drive community growth for this Australian luxury fashion brand with a strong global presence.
  
Responsibilities:

• Manage All Channels: Oversee social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Creative Content Development: Create and curate high-quality content that captures the brand’s essence, focusing on visual storytelling.
• Engage & Grow Community: Develop strategies to grow community size, engagement levels, and brand advocacy.
• Commercial Focus: Ensure social media strategies directly contribute to sales through e-commerce integration or driving in-store consultations.
• Aspirational Campaigns: Create and execute campaigns to support product launches, collections, and brand initiatives.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor, report, and analyze social media performance using KPIs to continuously optimize strategies and improve results.
• Public Relations & Influencer Engagement: Manage media inquiries, collaborate with influencers, lead PR efforts, and assist in planning and executing brand events.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, social media advancements, and industry developments.

  
About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a social media or community engagement role, preferably within the fashion and/or luxury category.
• Proven track record of managing social media channels, creating aesthetically compelling content, and driving measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience with PR and influencer management.
